These Terms of Service govern your use of the website itsjackiedunn.com and any services provided by Jacqueline Dunn, trading as AI DUNN Right ("we", "us", "our").

1. Services

We offer AI workshops, training sessions, and related educational services for individuals, entrepreneurs, and corporate teams. The specific scope, format, pricing, and delivery of services are agreed upon individually prior to booking.

2. Bookings and Payment

Workshop bookings are confirmed once a written agreement has been reached and, where applicable, a deposit or full payment has been received. Payment terms are communicated during the booking process. All prices are in Euros and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge. Cancellations within 7 days of the session may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed fee. No-shows are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible.

4. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, frameworks, slides, and content created and provided by AI DUNN Right remain our intellectual property. Participants may use materials for their own professional purposes but may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our workshops are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from attendance at or reliance on our workshops.

6. Third-Party Tools

Our workshops reference third-party AI tools and platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these tools. Use of any third-party platform is subject to its own terms and conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.
